Flagship Projects:
- Yas Island – A 25 km² artificial island in Abu Dhabi, valued at $36 billion. Yas Island is home to renowned attractions such as Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld, Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, the Yas Marina Circuit, which hosts the Abu Dhabi Formula 1 Grand Prix, along with luxury hotels and shopping centers.
- Aldar Headquarters – The headquarters building in Abu Dhabi is uniquely designed in the shape of a seashell, making it the world’s first circular skyscraper. This project has received the "Best Futuristic Design" award at the Building Exchange event in Valencia (2008) and "Best Architecture" at the CNBC Arabian Property Awards (2009).
- Qazaqstan – One of the towers in the multi-purpose Abu Dhabi Plaza complex in Astana, Kazakhstan, standing at 320 meters, it is the tallest building in Central Asia.

In 2008, Aldar Properties became the first developer worldwide to receive the prestigious SHP IOSH award from the UK for excellence in health and safety in construction. In 2011, Aldar was honored with two awards at the annual Cityscape Awards for Real Estate in the Middle East:
- Best Office and Retail Project (Trust Tower skyscraper complex)
- Best Residential Project (Al Bandar residential complex)
- Best Master Plan (Yas Island)
