(b) Purchase information: We may collect information related to any purchases or potential purchases of our products, properties listed on our site, or services you make (e.g., purchase records). (c) Website information: We may receive information from you as a result of your visits and use of the website. This information may include data such as your IP address, date and time of access to the website, duration of time spent on the website, your browsing history (recorded in text and graphic files that make up the page), and the internet address of the website from which you were redirected to our website. (d) Financial, payment, and credit data: We may collect payment data you provide when making online purchases. This may include your payment instrument number (e.g., credit or debit card), your billing name and address, and the security code associated with your payment instrument (e.g., CSV or CVV). We may collect information related to payment and transaction history, as well as billing information. We may obtain this information from various sources, including: (a) from you (e.g., when you access and use the platforms, make inquiries about our platforms or services, send messages via WhatsApp or other agents and brokers through our platforms to request property information, send emails, or call our customer support team or otherwise provide us with your personal information); (b) from real estate developers, agents, and brokers, as well as government sources (such as Ejari); (c) from our affiliates and business partners, such as Mortgage Finder and banks; and (d) from advertising networks, analytics providers, and search information providers.

How We Process Your Information

We will comply with applicable data protection laws that apply to our processing of your personal information.

We will:

(a) process your personal information in a lawful, fair, transparent, and secure manner;

(b) collect your personal information only for specific, explicit, and lawful purposes, which we inform you about when collecting your personal information;

(c) not use your personal information in any way incompatible with these purposes;

(d) process your personal information in a manner that is adequate and relevant to the purposes for which we collect it, and limited to those purposes;

(e) keep your personal information accurate and, where necessary, up to date;

(e) contacting you for market research purposes;

(f) monitoring communications to improve the services we provide and to evaluate the performance and responsiveness of our employees and real estate agents who provide you with our services (e.g., when you request information about properties through our platforms, and you contact real estate agents through us);

(g) providing you with information about new opportunities, promotions, notifications, special offers, and other information that we believe may be of interest to you;

(h) providing you and ensuring that selected third parties provide you with information about goods or services that may interest you;

(i) customizing or improving your experience using our services, including displaying advertisements and direct communications you receive from us, which may be based on your activity on our platforms;

(j) improving our platforms by identifying website design technical requirements and identifying system problem areas, tracking activity on the website, preparing reports, evaluating trends, and otherwise monitoring website usage;

(k) processing your payments or any documents you provide through the website;

(l) measuring or understanding the effectiveness of advertising we provide to you and others, providing relevant advertising to you, providing recommendations and suggestions to you and other users of our website about goods and services that may interest you or them, which may be based on your activity on our website or on third-party websites;

(a) because the information is necessary to perform a contract with you or to take steps at your request to enter into a contract;

(b) business partners, suppliers, and subcontractors for the performance of any contracts we enter into with them or with you;

(c) any member of our group;

(d) competent authorities if we are required to fulfill a data request in accordance with the law;

(e) our third-party service providers. We collaborate with and are supported by service providers worldwide. Personal information will be accessible to these parties only when necessary to perform the services provided to us, such as software, system and platform support; direct marketing services; social media and communication services; cloud hosting services; advertising; data analysis; and order fulfillment and delivery. Our third-party service providers are not permitted to share or use the personal information we provide them for any other purposes than providing services to us;

They will process your personal information only in accordance with our instructions and are obligated to maintain confidentiality. If we have provided you with or you have created a password that is part of our services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share the password with anyone. Unfortunately, the transmission of information over the internet is not completely secure. We will do our best to protect your personal information, but we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to our platforms. Any transmission of information is at your own risk.
